KILKIS, Greece – Kleemann has revealed the NEO/NEOe line for their MOBIREX mobile impact crushers. Set to debut in 2024, the line will prioritize flexibility through compact sizing and all-electric options.

The line will debut with the MOBIREX MR 100(i) NEO/NEOe crusher, a compact and low transport weight solution for processing materials including concrete, rubble, asphalt and soft- to medium-hard stone. Its size and weight allows for operations to be carried out in tight spaces or with frequent changes between worksites.

The NEOe variant features Kleemann’s E-DRIVE drive concept, which allows the machine to run all-electrically and emission-free in certain application areas. Standard versions of this machine come with Kleemann’s diesel-direct D-DRIVE.

The crusher has a four-ledged rotor with an expanded impact range and variety of rotor ledge options. It is compatible with optional additions, including a four sq. metre single-deck secondary screening unit and wind sifter to further dial in final output quality.

NEO/NEOe machines will feature a fully automatic crusher gap adjustment and zero-point determination, with the latter compensating for machine wear when the crushing process begins. Units will also ship with Kleemann’s SPECTIVE CONNECT operating software suite for tracking data on speed, consumption and fill levels while providing service and maintenance troubleshooting.

This new line is expected to be gradually introduced to North American and European markets at the start of 2024.
