Superior appoints new training and development co-ordinator

MORRIS, Minn. – Superior Industries has recruited Kristen Randall as the company’s first official training and development co-ordinator, set to lead the production of a new learning content system for Superior’s clients across the bulk material processing and aggregates industries.

Randall joins Superior following 17 years at Haver & Boecker Niagara, where she held marketing manager roles across a variety of regions, in addition to the role of global technology marketing manager.

As Superior’s training and development co-ordinator, Randall will lead the building and launch of Superior’s new Learning Management System (LMS), a content platform for educating Superior’s dealers, distributors, and employees on aggregate processes including rock crushing, sand processing, and bulk handling.

In a press release from the company, Randall expressed enthusiasm for the new position and the opportunity to lead the LMS project.
