Kleemann showcase their new impact crusher

May 2, 2023, WUPPERTAL, Germany – Kleemann revealed the MOBIREX MR 130i PRO, their latest in their line of impact crushers. The first model has been in operation at a quarry in Wuppertal, Germany since August 2022, where it has been used by AMIRO GmbH to crush limestone for the furnace industry.
The model features a double-deck post-screening unit with a feed size of 0/600 and a final product size of 0/45, with a 50 square foot in the lower mesh and a larger mesh in the upper deck.
Both screens work together to ensure that oversize grain is transferred back to the conveyor and returns to the crushing process. Beyond limestone, the MR 130i PRO has a wide application range from soft to hard natural stone, and can process a variety of aggregates including concrete, rubble, and asphalt.
The process is driven by an electric motor with a heavy rotor, and a crushing unit with a 250 kW drive, which allows for a high and stable hourly output of 600 t/h. An all-electric drive concept and external power supply makes for emission-free onsite operations. The machine’s handling of both the crushing and screening procedures also means greater energy efficiency due to only one machine needing to be refuelled.
