SHIPPENSBURG, PA – Volvo CE has purchased a 22 per cent ownership stake in VizaLogix, an American software-as-a-service company that offers digital solutions in machine monitoring, servicing and tech support.

VizaLogix is based in Connecticut and will continue to operate independently in connecting mixed fleets with data. VizaLogix’ platform is comprised of a number of different solutions, including TethrITNow, TechnicianNow, 3602 and Vantage Point platforms.

TethrITNow offers equipment and technician support through real-time collaboration over multiple channels, including video calls and augmented reality overlays. TechnicianNow streamlines the technician deployment process, allowing servicing request via mobile app and providing the real-time availability of parts and servicing.  The 3602 solution is a 24/7 machine health monitoring service that integrates fleet data across brands into one platform.

Specifically designed for quarry operations, the Vantage Point solution stores both real-time and historical data on quarry site productivity and utilization in a single platform.
