TWS is a newly launched product line within the Terex
Material Processing segment and supports mines, quarries and aggregate
producers globally offering a broad portfolio, including: sand wash and fines
recovery plants, log washers, hoppers, feeders, conveyors, de-watering screens,
static screens, mobile, static and modular wash plants, as well as the addition
of combination plants and water management systems. TWS is committed to providing
outstanding customer support and expertise in the field to meet customers’
individual needs.

The primary aim of the forum was to engage with distributors
and familiarize them with the TWS core team.
Distributors were updated on new products under development and provided
with an overview of all current TWS products and their benefits, which was achieved
through a factory tour, machine showcase of the Terex M1700 and FM 200 C,
demonstrations of the new range of filter presses and a series of presentations.  The event also provided an excellent platform
for TWS to capture feedback from distributors in terms of customer needs for new
product development and ultimately understand distributor needs for customer
and support solutions.

Director of TWS, Sean Loughran, stated, “The forum
provided an excellent opportunity to introduce the new TWS team including
design engineers, marketing, sales, aftersales and applications engineers to
the distributors and provide a clear focus on the critical path going
forward.  The forum also allowed TWS to
interact and capture feedback from distributors so TWS can continually improve
upon the existing products and develop new products suited to the marketplace
and customer demands worldwide.”
