Simplicity introduces new modular screen plant

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA – The MHS620X is a new modular screen plant offering from Simplicity, a Terex MPS brand specializing in modular solutions in material processing applications.

The modular screen plant is designed for aggregates, mining, demolition, recycling and industrial minerals operations. Its modular nature allows for both singular use in compact sites or within larger multi-plant systems.

The plant features a new 6 ft. x 20 ft. ESX horizontal screen, designed with added clearance to provide increased space between decks for safety and access in maintenance operations. Further safety additions include walkways, stairs and guardrails comprised of galvanized steel, with an extra heavy-duty I-beam frame and rigid diagonal truss providing support to the design.

Given its modularity, a variety of interchangeable, bolt-on options are available across the Simplicity line, with these models able to be connected on-site using basic hand tools.
