existing business in Saskatchewan, Coco Group has acquired the Ramco Group,
which includes Ramco Paving Ltd. and Momak Systems Ltd.
May 26, 2014, Toronto, Ont. – In a bid to expand its
existing business in Saskatchewan, Coco Group has acquired the Ramco Group,
which includes Ramco Paving Ltd. and Momak Systems Ltd.
Ramco Group is a hot mix asphalt paving company located in
Regina, Saskatchewan. Since 1991, the company has provided paving services on
approximately 1,500 kilometers of highways throughout the province of
Saskatchewan.
Coco Group, including Coco Paving, is a large, family-owned
business that provides a diverse range of heavy civil construction services,
which include excavation, sewer installation, asphalt and concrete production
and road construction. It is a full service civil construction company with
operations from Quebec to Alberta.
The Coco Group has been expanding its operations in western
Canada in recent years, including securing its first Alberta-based contract in
August of 2012.
