Coco Paving Group announces quarry acquisitions

August 8, 2012, Toronto, ON/CNW/ – Coco Paving
Group announced the recent asset acquisitions of the three quarries
in Ontario.

August 8, 2012, Toronto, ON/CNW/ – Coco Paving
Group announced the recent asset acquisitions of the three quarries
in Ontario. The quarries are:

  
Reeb Quarry – a Ministry of Natural Resources
licensed quarry in the Township of Wainfleet, Regional Municipality of Niagara;

Barbara Ann McCarthy Quarry – a MNR licensed
quarry including ownership of their property in the Township of Ramara, County
of Simcoe; and,

  
Badgeley Island Quarry an asset of Unimin
Canada Ltd. – a MNR licensed quarry and ownership of the property in the
Sudbury Region of Ontario, as well as a mining lease for Badgeley Point.

As of June 1st, 2012, the Coco Group assumed
the responsibility of Reeb's quarry operations. The licensed quarry area is
over 175 acres in size and provides a full range of aggregates for heavy civil
construction projects.

The Barbara Ann McCarthy property and
operations provides a key geographic presence in the Simcoe Region and
represents a licensed quarry area of over 200 acres in size.

On August 1st, 2012, Coco Paving purchased
Badgeley Island Quarry located in Sudbury and its licensed quarry of over 1,790
acres providing aggregates and silica sand.
