Molson Group continues North American expansion with Powerscreen Western acquisition

PHOENIX, AZ – The Molson Group has made its third U.S. acquisition in the last two years, with the UK-based equipment dealer adding Arizona’s Powerscreen Western to their network of American coverage.  

This acquisition follows the Molson Group’s previous two stateside acquisitions of Powerscreen’s regional American subsidiaries, Powerscreen of California and Powerscreen of Washington, in 2022. With this acquisition, the Molson Group’s coverage now extends across nine U.S. states. 

Powerscreen Western provides materials processing equipment and after-sale support to customers in the Arizona and southern Nevada areas, from brands including Powerscreen, EvoQuip, CBI and EcoTec, in addition to supplying parts from OEMs such as Kobelco, Fuchs and Spaleck. 

Gerald McCarthy, founder of Powerscreen Western, expressed excitement at the new opportunities that this change will bring for the company and its relationship to customers across the market.
