Superior Industries redesigns its Chevron Pulley

MORRIS, MN – Superior Industries has revealed an updated version of its Chevron Pulley, redesigned with abrasion-resistant steel and adding design changes to other models.

The addition of abrasion-resistant steel is intended to enhance durability, specifically in processes involving the handling of aggressively-wearing bulk materials, leading to reduced maintenance costs, increased operational efficiency and consistent performance across demanding environments.

The standard CEMA and Mine Duty models of Superior’s Chevron pulley have also been redesigned, with the company removing the rounded cap on the wings and making the entire wing a wearable feature to increase the component’s lifespan. Rounded wing caps remain optional for Mine Duty models.
