Superior Industries enters pending acquisition of New Mexico crusher manufacturer

MORRIS, Minn. – Superior Industries has announced the company’s pending acquisition of CEMCO, Inc., the originator of Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crushers for roadbuilding materials.

“The CEMCO VSI is a much proven, highly trusted crusher with capacity rates up to 1,500 tons per hour and models ranging from 75 to 1,000 horsepower in single or dual drive packages,” Superior shared in a press release.

CEMCO has served the aggregate and mining industries for 60 years and is based out of Belen, New Mexico. In addition to the VSI, with this acquisition Superior will also oversee CEMCO’s 140,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and all current employees.
