New senior vice president of corporate development joins Terex

NORWALK, CT – Terex has announced the appointment of R. Mark Cox to the role of senior vice president of corporate development, effect immediately.

Reporting to Terex’s president and chief executive officer Simon Meester, Cox succeeds the retiring Randy S. Williamson in this role and will serve on the company’s executive leadership team.

Cox joins Terex from Trinity Industries Inc., where he had served as executive vice president of corporate development since 2021. His experience spans numerous senior mergers and acquisitions positions with companies including the Wabtec Corporation, Eaton Corporation and Stone Canyon Industries.
