Frontline Machinery purchases Lonetrack Equipment
April 23, 2024 By Rock To Road Staff
Frontline Machinery has purchased Lonetrack Equipment, a leader of specialized machinery for the aggregate, mining and road construction industries in British Columbia and the Yukon.
The sale is effective May 1. The combined entity will operate under the Frontline Machinery brand but Frontline Machinery will retain Lonetrack Equipment’s experienced personnel.
Lonetrack Equipment’s extensive range of heavy equipment – including crushers, screeners, conveyors and concrete construction equipment from brands such as Astec, Sandvik, Vale, BTI, Gomaco and more – will compliment Frontline’s existing portfolio, the company states.
“This is not about expanding our product offerings but also about bringing together two teams know for their industry expertise, dedication and, most importantly, their customer-focused approach,” said Daryl Todd, president of Frontline Machinery. “This shared vision makes us confident that, together, we will continue to deliver high-quality equipment solutions and support to our valued clients.”
Lonetrack Equipment’s Hugh Porter notes for more than 30 years, Lonetrack Equipment has been built on team members’ hard work and the strong relationships forged with customers and vendors.
“The synergies and common philosophies of organizations are evident, and the advantages of Frontline Machinery’s operational strengths excite us about the future,” he said.
