Aggregate Industries acquires Lattimore Materials

March 7, 2011 – Rockville, Md., – Aggregate Industries US Inc., has announced that Lattimore
Materials Corp. (LMC), a Texas-based aggregates and ready-mix concrete
producer, has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aggregate Industries
US Inc.

March 7, 2011 – Rockville, Md., – Aggregate Industries US Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Holcim Ltd, announced today that Lattimore Materials Corp. (LMC), a Texas-based aggregates and ready-mix concrete producer, has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aggregate Industries US Inc.
