Holcim buys 16 pits and plants from LaFarge

Jan. 5, 2011 – Holcim acquired eight
aggregate pits and quarries and four ready-mix concrete plants in
Alsace, France, and four ready-mix concrete plants in the Basle,
Switzerland, area from Lafarge.
