September 24, 2014, Minneapolis, Minn. — Titan announced the
acquisition of Advanced Striping Equipment, Inc. (ASE). Based in Douglasville,
Georgia, ASE manufactures specialized road marking equipment including thermoplastic
walk-behind machines, intermediate stripers, and truck-mounted units.

With more than 30 years of experience, the team at ASE has
developed some of the industry’s most advanced thermoplastic marking equipment,
including ThermoMark II Double Drop hand liner, which won the American Traffic
Safety Services Association Innovation Award in 2007.

“ASE’s thermoplastic equipment is a natural extension to
Titan’s line of pavement marking systems and will help accelerate our growth on
a global basis,” said Greg McGuirk, senior vice president of Sales for Titan.
“By combining ASE’s technology and its leadership team’s industry expertise
with Titan’s sales, service and marketing resources, we will provide even stronger
solutions to the industry.”

There will be little noticeable change for ASE customers, as
the ASE team and operations will remain intact and continue to operate in
Douglasville. Going forward, Titan plans to support and develop ASE’s current
product line, as well as introduce new products and technologies that will
expand both ASE and Titan brand offerings in the pavement marking
industry.

“We are truly honored to join forces and become part of the
Titan family,” said Tom Waxler, president of ASE, Inc. “ASE and Titan share
similar values, always focused intently on developing innovative products and
providing industry leading customer service. We’d like to welcome all our
customers to Titan, and to share in this great endeavor.”
