Take the survey: What employees need in order to return to work

Are your employees ready to return to work? Many businesses, shuttered or working at reduced capacity because of COVID-19, are preparing to reopen as restrictions ease across Canada.
Other businesses never shut down, but had to adjust operations and procedures to ensure worker safety.
Talent Canada magazine, which looks at the business case for investing in people, is conducting a survey of employees across Canada to take their temperature on returning to the workplace in partnership with Telus Employer Solutions.
The results of the survey will be strictly confidential and will only be reported in aggregate with no individual identifying information. The results will be published by Talent Canada and explored in-depth in a virtual roundtable discussion.
The survey closes on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 9 a.m. ET. We encourage you to take the survey and distribute the link to your colleagues and teams.
