Dec. 3, 2010, New York – Summit Materials, LLC (Summit), a building
materials company, recently announced that it has concluded the
acquisition of RK Hall Construction, Ltd, Buster Crushed Stone and
associated companies (collectively "RK Hall"), based in Paris, Texas.
