Ledcor signs agreement with Mainland Sand and Gravel

July 8, 2013, Vancouver,
B.C. – Ledcor Resources and Transportation, and Mainland Sand and Gravel signed
a long-term exclusive agreement for marine transportation services.

Ledcor has invested about
$18 million worth of equipment towards this agreement and will haul crushed stone and
aggregate from Mainland's riverside storage facilities to their ramps and
distribution points along the Fraser River.

Before service begins on
January 1, 2016, Ledcor will construct six new barges and augment its fleet of
tugs that will be dedicated to Mainland Sand and Gravel.
