Kathleen Wynne to reject Toronto highway tolls request

January 27, 2017 – Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne is going to reject a request by the City of Toronto to impose tolls on the Don Valley Parkway and Gardiner Expressway as a means of creating new funding for transit projects, according to a recent CBC report.
