Eagle Materials Inc. has reported financial
results for the second quarter of fiscal 2011 ended Sept. 30, 2010.

Oct. 28, 2010, Dallas – Eagle Materials Inc. has reported financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2011 ended Sept. 30, 2010. Notable items for the quarter include:

Revenues of $132.1 million Cash flow from operations was $40.8 million Net earnings of $9.6 million Diluted earnings per share of $0.22
