Kleemann to release new mobile scalping screen

(Photo credit: Kleemann) Kilkis, GREECE – Kleemann has expanded its portfolio of mobile screening machines with the MOBISCREEN MSS502(i) EVO.
The MSS502(i) EVO sports a compact design and all-electric option, with the machine optimized for the lower feed capacity range of up to 350 t/h and featuring a screen surface of 5.4 square metres.
Conveyor speed is stepless adjustable, with the design also allowing for simply conversions from two to three final grain sizes. The screen casting angle’s wide setting range of 15.4 to 20 degrees, combined with the large selection of compatible screening media, allows for high-quality product output across a range of individual applications.
The operating concept in the MSS502(i) EVO includes an automatic mode, mobile operation unit, optional radio remote control and telematics solution. LED lighting and ergonomic screen deck access provides accessible views of transfer points and material flows, while accessible screen decks and other components target downtime reduction.
An electro-hydraulic Dual Power drive provides operators with a carbon emission-free, all-electric option. Noise and dust emissions are also curbed through the inclusion of a load-controlled fan and water-spraying mechanism at the discharge system, respectively.
