Aynsley Dueck followed in the footsteps of her father Al Dueck who is a prominent figure in the fenestration industry. Today, Aynsley is the operations manager and Duxton Windows and Doors and has claimed her own place within the industry. Lindsay Hall joined Duxton Windows when it was still quite new and a small business. Today, as the purchasing and scheduling coordinator, she leads all production discussions and decisions in the company. This is the story of their journeys.
