The Alberta Sand & Gravel Association recently reached out to Minister of Environment and Parks Jason Nixon in an effort to become included on all of the caribou sub-regional planning task forces and for the province to consider changes to the draft plans. These changes have serious implications for the future development of pits and quarries across Alberta - the kinds of changes that can happen all across Canada.
