Two longtime American Metso distributors combine resources under acquisition

KENT, Wash. — PacWest Machinery of Kent, Washington recently completed the purchase of Miller Machinery of Longview, Washington.

Miller Machinery has been a Metso dealer since 2007 and PacWest since 2017. After the acquisition, PacWest will assume Miller Machinery’s territory of customers in Washington, Oregon and the quarry segment for Hawaii. Metso states the combination of both distributor’s resources will provide additional benefits to customers across the region operating in the sand, gravel, aggregates and contractor material processing markets.
