April 7, 2016 – The multi-billion dollar reconstruction of Montreal’s Turcot Interchange will cause a major exit to close for upwards of 18 months.
According to an article from the CBC, the 720 East ramp heading towards Montreal on Highway 15 will close later this month until the end of 2017. The exit allows drivers from the south shore of the city, as well as Verdun, gain access to Montreal’s downtown core.
The closure is one of several rotating road closures necessary in the massive interchanges’ reconstruction over the next several years.
