Trimble upgrades Drum Rotation Sensor

January 20, 2017 – Trimble Construction Logistics’ upgraded Drum Rotation Sensor was on display at the 2017 edition of World of Concrete this week in Las Vegas, Nev.

The upgraded sensor is deisnged to offer ready mix fleets insight into their equipment to ensure they deliver a quality product. Its features separate sensors and cabling, allowing them to be replaced independently; LED status indicator lights; and heavy-gauge stainless steel mounting brackets that are more resistant to impacts that could bend previous versions out of alignment. The new mounting brackets also make the sensors more resistant to damage caused by the cleaning and washing of the mixing drum.
