The sale will allow Tensar to re-focus certain
assets and resources on its growing portfolio of site development solutions and
pavement optimization technologies and was concluded after careful
consideration of various options for either growing or divesting the business.

Endurablend Systems are a portfolio of polymer
cement slurry surfacing products that are used in pavement preservation
applications as well as in niche applications such as color surfacing, bridge
deck sealing and aviation.

PSC views the Endurablend Systems business as core
to its growth strategy and will assume many of Tensar’s Endurablend Systems
customer relationships in the United States. Tensar will retain rights to the
Endurablend Systems intellectual property in certain territories outside the United
States.

Tensar will support PSC over the next several weeks
as it transitions Endurablend Systems customers and vendors.
