In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Tecweigh provided an update explaining the processes it is implementing to ensure its expected level of service, as well as limiting its employees’ potential risk of exposure
• Operations are fully operational
• Sales and engineering teams are encouraged to work remotely, if possible. Tecweigh has given them as many tools as possible to ensure that business will continue to run smoothly and are encouraging customers and vendors to communicate with the team via email at this time to ensure that any questions are received and answered.
• Service team is available to address any issues that arise remotely.
• Shop and parts department is open and operational, producing equipment on schedule.
Tecweigh is continuously monitoring this situation, and will continue to do its best to control and limit potential outbreak for its employees and visitors.
