Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Que. – After announcing in October
its acquisition of a new office in Saint‐Louis‐de‐Blandford,
Soleno is proud to announce a major $4 million investment for the modernization
of its facilities in Saint‐Jean‐sur‐Richelieu.
With a view to continuous improvement and its
status as a leader in storm water management, Soleno has decided to upgrade one
of its production lines at its plant in Saint‐ Jean‐sur‐Richelieu,
to meet the ever‐increasing demand of its
customers.
Also, Soleno will transfer an existing production
line in Saint‐Jean‐sur‐Richelieu
to its factory in McAdam, New Brunswick, in order to increase its annual
production capacity in the Atlantic provinces.
This investment is a significant development for
the area's workers, as this new production line will help consolidate existing
jobs while creating new business opportunities in the near future.
Transfer and modernization activities will take
place over the coming months and will enable the company to manufacture premium
quality products in shorter lead times, to meet the needs of its customers.
