Oct. 13, 2010 – Construction giant SNC Lavalin says it will exercise
its right of first refusal to buy a bigger chunk of the Highway 407
toll road north of Toronto, dashing a bid by the Canada Pension Plan
Investment Board for the same stake.
Oct. 13, 2010 – Construction giant SNC Lavalin says it will exercise its right of first refusal to buy a bigger chunk of the Highway 407 toll road north of Toronto, dashing a bid by the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board for the same stake.
The Montreal-based engineering firm said it will acquire another 10 per cent of the 407 toll highway, derailing a recent deal that would have seen the CPP Investment Board acquire the stake from a Spanish company. | READ MORE
