Polydeck introduces Kwikdeck

Polydeck Screen Corporation has introduced Kwikdeck, a patent pending system that allows producers with single or double-crowned deck surfaces to take advantage of a no-risk approach to trying modular rubber screen media.

By simply unbolting the side clamp rails and removing the wire cloth and the bucker bar covers, they are ready to install modular rubber screen panels without any modifications to their existing deck frame. Kwikdeck is a great way to evaluate the many advantages of modular screen media knowing that you can easily switch back to your original system if you need to.
