Philippi-Hagenbuch sings licensing agreement with CeDe

January 20, 2014, Peoria, Ill. – Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc.
(PHIL) announced the signing of a licensing agreement with CeDe Group of Malmö,
Sweden that commenced on Dec. 6, 2013.

(PHIL) announced the signing of a licensing agreement with CeDe Group of Malmö,
Sweden that commenced on Dec. 6, 2013.

Under the terms of this partnership, PHIL is licensing its
Rear Eject Technology for use in off-highway body applications within the
construction and mining sectors to CeDe for use in Europe, the Middle East,
Africa, and Australia. Rear Eject Bodies manufactured under this licensing
agreement by CeDe and shipping into Europe, the Middle East and Africa will be
branded as CeDe products and bodies shipped into Australia will be branded
under the PHIL brand name. 

CeDe Group is a fast growing engineering company with its
head office in Malmö, Sweden. Development and production are strongly linked,
as the whole operation is under the same roof. This contributes to dynamic and
innovative solutions where ideas are shaped into ready-to-use machines. In the
expansive Öresund region of Sweden, CeDe develops and manufactures special
applications and complete machines. The majority of its customers are
