Peoria, Ill. – Machine manufacturer Philippi-Hagenbuch Inc. has promoted Danette Hagenbuch Swank from
vice-president of internal operations to president of the company beginning in July.
Swank has been involved in the operations of Philippi-Hagenbuch
(PHIL), since 1997 having worked in the administration, finance, human
resource, marketing and operations departments.
During her 16-year career at PHIL, she's overseen the 20,000
square foot expansion of the manufacturing facility, helped streamline
communications between departments, contract negotiation, ongoing corporate
strategic planning and the implementation of a corporate-wide wellness program.
With Swank as president, LeRoy Hagenbuch will remain chief engineer,
working with customers while focusing on PHIL's extensive R&D capabilities,
intellectual property and new equipment inventions and design.
