Cat AP1000F, AP1055F Pavers
Intuitive, accessible technology and a quick-heating screed system that increases production while reducing crew idle time are key features of the new Cat AP1000F and AP1055F Pavers.
The AP1000F is a wheeled paver. The AP1055F features the exclusive Cat Mobil-Trac undercarriage system.
The pavers can be equipped with three new screed platforms that feature integrated Cat Grade Control and rear-mounted extensions: SE60 V, SE60 V XW and the SE60 VT XW.
LVögele i-series vision pavers
The tracked Vision 5200-2i and wheeled Vision 5203-2i pavers are designed especially for the requirements of the North American market. These versatile pavers are suitable for urban applications, as well as for highway, airport and commercial work.
The tracked Vision 5200-2i has a maximum paving width of 28 ft., with a maximum laydown rate of 1,300 tph, and a transport width of 10 ft., while the wheeled 5203-2i has a maximum paving width of 25 ft., 6 in., with the same maximum laydown rate of 1,300 tph, and transport width of 10 ft.
The Vision 5200-2i and 5203-2i are equipped with ErgoPlus, Vögele’s revolutionary total design concept for easy paver operation.
Wirtgen SP 90i slipform paver
The new Wirtgen SP 90i series of large slipform pavers – which permits paving from 6 to 30 ft. – was introduced to the world at World of Concrete 2015 in Las Vegas.
The Wirtgen SP 90i series includes the two-track SP 92i, and the four-track SP 94i, which was shown at World of Concrete in two-lane configuration, or 26 ft. wide of its maximum 30 ft. It was shown paired with the Wirtgen TCM 1800 texture curing machine, and equipped with a Leica 3D control system.
The “i” in SP 90i designates these pavers as having “intelligent” power and emissions control systems, and both the SP 92i and SP 94i are Tier 4 final emissions compliant.
BOMAG’s Cedarapids CR652RX remix paver
Offering its industry-exclusive Remix Anti-Segregation System, the Cedarapids CR652RX from BOMAG is powered by a 260 hp (194 kW) Cummins Tier 4 Final diesel engine, offering the latest technology to meet today’s stringent emissions standards. The powerful turbocharged engine offers plenty of horsepower to operate the machine’s Remix Anti-Segregation System augers, paver functions and electric screed, plus it offers reserve power to operate options such as lights for night paving. This mainline paver delivers the production required for full-width paving applications such as airports, interstates and state highways, and major county road and highway construction.
RP-195e paver is powered by a Cummins QSB 6.7, 230 HP (172 kW) Tier 4f compliant diesel engine. Consoles, with single joystick control, are located at the operator’s fingertips on the RP-195e making functions readily accessible. Now equipped with Guardian remote telematics and diagnostics system, the RP-195e is unparalleled in the paving industry. Guardian provides the means to remotely monitor a selected machine, help with diagnostics, change settings, and be located via GPS in real time.
Terex Bid-Well 3600
The Terex Bid-Well 3600 paver offers a variety of standard paving widths ranging from 8 ft (2.4 m) to 86 ft (26.1 m). Its standard 18-ft (5.5-m) end segments offer 15 ft (4.6 m) of leg travel, so the paver can instantaneously offer up to 30-ft (9.1-m) variable width paving. The paver’s ability to tackle both standard duty slab-on-grade and bridge deck paving projects increases machine utilization, paving efficiency and return on investment.
Power Curber SF-3000
The Power Paver SF-3000 is a heavy-duty, high-production slipform paver for use on streets, highways, and airports. At 65,000 lbs. (29,400kg) the SF-3000 has the weight and stability to handle large jobs at high production rates up to 20” (50cm) thick.
Standard features on the SF-3000 allow for paving from 12’ (3.65m) to 27’ (8.23m) wide, with optional extensions to 32’ (9.75m) wide. Other options on the SF-3000 include keyway inserters, bar inserters, and a belt finisher.
