April 18, 2017 – More than 1,100 contractors attended the 2017 HCSS Users Group Meetings in Houston, Texas. Customers of the company’s estimating, job costing, dispatching, GPS, safety, fleet management, and cloud software attended classes to help them use their products even more efficiently. The event also allowed attendees to voice their ideas and vote on features for future development of the software.

The theme of this year’s conference, “Stay Five Years Ahead of Your Competition,” showcased how companies can use technology and software to gain a competitive advantage.

Coaches Corner, town hall meetings, and one-on-one sessions also gave attendees a chance to help shape the future of HCSS products and see new products currently in the works.

“It’s a big commitment for our customers to come all the way to Houston, and we see it as the best opportunity for us to get quality feedback,” said Michael Bordelon, HCSS vice-president of research and development. “All of this feedback results in product roadmaps that are well-aligned with what HCSS customers need to effectively run their businesses.”

On the Thursday night of the event, attendees enjoyed fun competition with their peers at a party at TopGolf in Houston. HCSS rented out the entire facility, and guests had a great time putting their skills to the test against the other attendees and HCSS employees.
