May 3, 2017 – On May 25 from 1 to 2 p.m. EST, the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) will be hosting a webinar titled, “Building Beyond Compliance – Advancing a Safety Culture.”
The webinar is deisnged to offer a roadmap to safety and performance improvement, based on the six levels of safety, six criteria for safety excellence and four steps to accountability.
The webinar will offer a case study on Dolese Bros. Co., an Oklahoma City-based construction supply and material provider, that will provide an example on how “applying these models through an engagement-based approach to cultural improvement delivers benefits across a business.”
The case study and webinar will present examples of what it takes from leadership, middle management and the frontline workforce to create a culture in which everyone takes responsibility for safety.
