The Act restricts the Premier’s private business interests
while in office, ensuring that conflict-of-interest does not become an issue at
any time. According to the article, Humber Valley Paving has been successful in
earning government road construction contracts in recent years, completing $151
million in road work for the province.

Coleman has officially stepped aside from both the Board of
Directors of both companies.
