Average age of truck drivers still rising
The Conference Board of Canada is aiming to find ways to make the trucking industry more attractive to younger drivers. A recent report shows that the average age of a truck driver was higher than it was for the average worker.

TCH widening this summer
Construction will soon be underway on the widening of the Trans-Canada Highway in B.C. The project will see an estimated 140 jobs created and almost $30 million spent on the 10.5 kilometres of widened road.
