Winnipeg moving tenders and bid bonds to MERX

August 27, 2019, Winnipeg – On September 3, 2019, the City of Winnipeg will be upgrading its existing vendor and tender management approach to using the MERX Solution for Construction tenders.

Bidders to City of Winnipeg solicitations can expect to benefit from an enhanced experience of MERX when dealing with the City.

The enhanced functionality will allows bidders to manage thier participation in the bidding process for contracts with the City through the MERX user-friendly and efficient system.
