Metso organizes Board of Directors and Board committees

Metso’s Board of Directors made decisions on its organization after Metso’s Annual General Meeting held June 16. The Board elected members of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and HR Committee from amongst its members as follows.

• Audit Committee: Arja Talma (Chair) and Antti Mäkinen
• Remuneration and HR Committee: Mikael Lilius (Chair), Christer Gardell and Lars Josefsson

The Board members also decided to waive their right to the Board remuneration that would have been paid for the term of office expiring at the completion of Metso’s partial demerger.
