Legg adds steep angle conveyor belts

May 21, 2014, Halstead, Kan. – Legg Company has broadened
its product portfolio with the addition of LEGG-WALL, a steep angle conveyor
belt capable of conveying at inclines of up to 90 degrees. Depending on the
application, there are three corrugated sidewall types and three cleat types to
choose from.

belt capable of conveying at inclines of up to 90 degrees. Depending on the
application, there are three corrugated sidewall types and three cleat types to
choose from.

The LEGG-WALL product line is a positive addition to Legg’s
product offering.  “We’re dedicated to
finding solutions and technologies to help our customers with their most
demanding conveyor projects," said Jan Faerber, general manager for Legg
Company. LEGG-WALL belts can be supplied
with light, medium or heavy corrugated sidewalls and also come with fabric
reinforcement for greater stability.  

“With the ability to convey at inclines of up to 90 degrees,
these conveyor belts provide a smaller footprint to save space as well as allow
good longitudinal flexibility,” Faerber added.
