May 20, 2015 – Terex Finlay announced the appointment of Rik Kiddle to the role of Global Business Development and Sales Director.
In his new role, Rik will be responsible for strategically driving business growth, increasing market share as well as identifying and developing new market opportunities on a global basis. He will lead the current Sales, Marketing and Distribution Development teams, be a key driver in new product development initiatives and work closely with the aftermarket and engineering departments within Terex Finlay.
With an engineering and design background, Rik joins Terex Finlay from JCB, where he held various UK & Export Sales and Marketing positions with increasing seniority. Recently, Rik has been responsible for JCB’s focus on the Waste, Recycling and Demolition industries and was responsible for developing the JCB Wastemaster range of products/models in order to better serve these industries. Most recently Rik has been responsible for the JCB Industrial business promoting the unique JCB Teletruk product around the World.
