13-kilometre extension on Highway 404 from Green Lane to Ravenshoe Road that will make it faster to
travel into and out of the Greater Toronto Area, reduce congestion, and create jobs by
getting people and goods moving.

13-kilometre extension on Highway 404 from Green Lane to Ravenshoe Road that will make it faster to
travel into and out of the Greater Toronto Area, reduce congestion, and create jobs by
getting people and goods moving.
The $100-million project provides an extended eastern
highway corridor that will directly benefit residents north of Toronto, including, Newmarket, Aurora,
Barrie, and Richmond Hill.
The new four-lane extension will also take up to 22,000
vehicles a day off local roads, making the community safer while reducing travel times for commuters
and commercial vehicles.
