Haver & Boecker Niagara announces new certified sales manager

Haver & Boecker Niagara has named Jon Cheladyn as its certified sales manager for Northeastern United States.

Cheladyn brings more than 13 years of industry experience with Haver & Boecker Niagara to his role. In his new position, Cheladyn will serve producers in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.

“Quality products and service is a fundamental value of Haver & Boecker Niagara, and I strive to demonstrate that aspect of our company in the partnerships I develop with producers in my new role,” Cheladyn said. “I have always been very customer-service oriented. I’m excited to take this to the next level, have my boots on the ground, and offer unparalleled support to our customers.”

Cheladyn’s background with Haver & Boecker Niagara includes managing the production inventory control department for five years and directing the customer service department for the past eight years.

In his previous roles, he assisted in supervising screen media orders, pricing and stocking agreements as well as scheduling customer visits.

“Jon goes the extra mile in his loyalty to the company and dedication to help our customers — ensuring they feel valued and heard each step of the way,” said Peter Kilmurray, vice president of sales at Haver & Boecker Niagara’s North American and Australian operations.

Cheladyn attended Niagara College for General Arts and Science. He was also trained in the 5S lean manufacturing system.

“Throughout my career at Haver & Boecker Niagara, I have had the privilege to work alongside and learn from extraordinary colleagues, who go above and beyond to support their customers,” Cheladyn said. “I am looking forward to this opportunity to grow relationships with both new and existing customers.”
