Haver & Boecker Niagara launches new online ordering system

Haver & Boecker Niagara has launched the Haver Parts Zone, an online system for vibrating screen parts ordering.

The Parts Zone includes detailed visual machine diagrams with clickable components, making it easy to identify required parts and submit a quote request. Quote requests through Haver Parts Zone will be responded to within 24 hours, offering customers the option to order parts at their convenience, without needing to schedule a call.

“The Haver Parts Zone helps our customers even when we can’t be face-to-face,” said Wilm Schulz, Haver & Boecker Niagara service manager.

“Our first goal is always to be on site to understand our customers, their challenges, and to proactively address any maintenance issues. But the pandemic changed how we work — at least for the short-term. With in-person visits more difficult, the Haver Parts Zone puts control in the customers hands to find the parts they need when and where it is convenient for them.”

How it works

Customers use the online parts ordering platform by first selecting their vibrating screen model, choosing from the F-Class, T-Class, H-Class or S-Class.

They are then able to view and search exploded machine diagrams with labeled parts of the screen’s body, mounting, shaft and other components. Users click the desired parts, enter relevant serial numbers and descriptions, and add them to their cart. They can also request parts they can’t find in the diagrams by referencing the component location, description and parts serial number, if available.

When complete, they submit their selections and Haver & Boecker Niagara’s service team responds within 24 hours.

Additionally, users can assign a unique name to each of their screens, making them easy to identify. For further convenience, a re-order button allows repeat customers to place the same order as previously selected without needing to go through the entire process.
