Graham brings on Milender White construction firm in merger

The Graham Group of Companies has welcomed the U.S.-based construction firm Milender White to its fold.

Milender White is a real estate development and construction contractor headquartered in Colorado, with offices in Southern California. The company will continue to operate under its own brand, maintaining its existing systems, programs, locations and personnel.

Company founder Bryon White will remain president and CEO of Milender White. White will join the Calgary-based Graham management team, working with Colin Aitken, executive vice-president of Graham’s Building Division.

“This is an exciting partnership that I’m certain will develop into further value-added benefits to our clients and opportunities for our people,” says Andy Trewick, president and CEO of Graham, in a statement. “Milender White has an exceptional reputation for being a reliable construction partner that delivers complex projects on-time and on-budget, and we’re thrilled to welcome them as partners.”

More than 60 employee-owners of Milender White will become part of the Graham team as a result of the merger.
