Enhanced aggregates and reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) processing technology built into Kleemann products like the Tier 4 final-compliant Mobirex MR 110 ZSi EVO2 and the MR 130 ZSi EVO2 impact crushers are boosting productivity and product quality for operators. With these mobile impactors, the “S” indicates a Mobirex unit with an optional secondary vibrating screen with extra-large screening surface mounted on the discharge conveyor. This secondary screen unit can produce spec material, potentially eliminating the need for a separate screen. The feeding unit has hydraulically folding hopper walls and locking system, which speeds setup. A vibrating double-deck prescreen between hopper and crusher eliminates fines from the product flow before they enter the crusher. These crushers feature a new inlet geometry, which allows better penetration of the material into the range of the rotor. The rotor ledges are held securely by a new user-friendly clamping system.
Terex Minerals Processing Systems’ Cedarapids CRH1313R Portable HSI/Screen Plant is a complete closed-circuit standalone plant designed for quick setup with simple tools. The Cedarapids IP1313 impactor is built for high production (50” rotor, 3 or 4 bar); and features a patent-pending dual slope 2-deck screen (17-degree top deck, 15-degree bottom deck) that handles heavy loads. It has the capability to return both screen deck products to the crusher to maximize the plant’s capacity. The heavy-duty under crusher pan feeder provides large discharge clearance and absorbs high velocity crusher discharge, preventing conveyor belt damage.
