Walter's new care service
The Walter Company has introduced its new national Bio-Circle care service to underscore emphasis geared to Making Green Work.
June 10, 2010, Montreal, Que. – The Walter Company has introduced its new national Bio-Circle care service to underscore emphasis geared to Making Green Work. For the last few years, Bio-Circle parts washers have been successfully replacing toxic solvents at industrial facilities, thereby reducing the chemical waste streams of many companies worldwide, through biological transformation of contaminants on dirty tools and parts into plain water.

“With the growing success of environmentally friendly Bio-Circle washers throughout our MRO customer base nationally, we are now following up with CARE SERVICE in all provinces. And, with our new fleet of care service delivery vans in operation, this means we can even ‘load up’ and take the complete service right to our customers’ place of business” declares Timothy Houghton, President and COO of Walter Surface Technologies International.
The “no hassle” features of care service include a 21 point maintenance procedure, carried out by professionally trained representatives – this ensures that the system is always working at peak performance. Their mission is clearly to save clients time and money.

The procedure includes:
– Thorough cleaning of interior and exterior of the parts washer unit;
– Filtering of the cleaning solution;
– No charge replacement if necessary, of such items as filter cartridge, air diffusers and hand brush.
Replacement of other items can be invoiced through the customer’s Bio-Circle Distributor. This can include topping-up of Bio-Circle liquid and addition of other accessories.
CARE SERVICE ANNUAL PRICING
The GOLD version – 4 service calls per year for $400
The PLATINUM version – 6 service calls per year for $500
The care service can be purchased as part of one of the three Bio-Circle parts washer system packages: Mini, Compact or Maxi. These packages include: use of the parts washer, Bio-Circle liquid solution to get started, start-up of the system, employee training and access to help desk.
Walter Surface Technologies retains ownership and ultimate responsibility for the parts washers, which ensures proper refurbishing or disposal of each unit upon completion of its care service agreement.
