The company’s C-1550 cone crusher, 684 3 Deck screen, I-140 impact crusher, 893, 883+, 863 and 873 heavy-duty screens and 674 Supertrak triple deck screen were also on display and active during the live demos.

J-1170
The J-1170 is built with a Terex 3’ x 6” by 2’ x 3” chamber. The high-performance hydrostatically driven single toggle jaw crusher provides high capacity with large reduction ratios. It has a hopper capacity of 11.7 cu. yd., a feed height of 13’ 2” and a hydraulic locking mechanism. The 3’ 4” wide x 13’ 9” long automatic variable speed vibrating grizzly feeder (VGF) ensures continuous choke feeding of the crushing chamber for optimal productivity. The high-powered hydrostatic drive ensures precise chamber control and reverse functionality for clearing blockages and assisting in demolition and recycling applications. Hydraulically-assisted closed site setting adjustment minimizes downtime and offers quick adjustment. Its compact size, quick set up times, ease of transport and user friendly operational features make the J-1170 ideal for all operators.

J-1160
The J-1160 is built with a Terex chamber single toggle jaw crusher. The high-performance hydrostatic driven single toggle jaw crusher provides high capacity with large reduction ratios. It has a hopper capacity of 6.5 cu. yd., a feed height of 11’ 2”, and an automatic variable speed vibrating grizzly feeder (VGF) that ensures continuous choke feeding of the crushing chamber for optimal productivity.
The high-powered hydrostatic drive ensures precise chamber control and reverse functionality for clearing blockages and assisting in demolition and recycling applications. The fully hydraulically adjusted closed site setting minimizes downtime and offers quick adjustment. The main conveyor has a belt width of 36”, a working angle of 25 degrees, a speed of 130m/min (nominal), a discharge height of 11’ 5”, impact bars and wear-resistant liners at feed point. It comes with an optional magnet. It has a Tier 4F/Stage IV Caterpillar C7.1 engine with an engine power of 205kW (275hp) and an engine speed of 1,800 rpm.

I-120RS
The I-120RS impact chamber has a rotor diameter of 41”, a rotor width of 44”, an inlet opening of 45” x 32”, 4 Bar rotor standard (2 high/2 low), direct drive via ‘V’ belts, a hydraulically assisted apron setting and hydraulic release chamber protection. The main conveyor has a belt width of 44”, a discharge height of 11’ 5”, a high spec scraper at head drum, dust suppression standard, low level greasing standard, hydraulic lowering for transport, and full length belt standard. The fines conveyor has a belt width of 55” and a discharge of 9’10”. Both decks of the screenbox are 12’ x 5’ and have side tensioning. The I-120RS is built with a Tier 4F/Stage IV Scania DC9 engine with an engine power of 257kW (350hp) and an engine speed of 1,500-1,900 rpm. The fully hydraulic apron setting assist provides convenient and efficient adjustment of the aprons. The heavy duty vibrating grizzly feeder (VGF) with integrated prescreen removes dirt fines and sizes bypass material for reprocessing. It has a quick on-board detachable recirculating system including large 12’x5” two deck screen. The recirculating conveyor can be rotated from closed loop configuration or utilized for stockpiling making an additional oversized product.
